Adult ADHD Assessments
1. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before your assessment is booked via our secure Wix payment system.

ADHD Assessment Only: £1245
-
ADHD Assessment + Workplace Report: £1495 (£1245 + £250 add-on)

Cancellation / Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in retention of the session fee.
2. Scope of Service

Assessments are psychologist-led, using the DIVA-5 structured interview, and conducted by a UKAAN-trained clinician.

Reports are evidence-based and tailored to your needs.

The assessment does not provide treatment or medication advice.
3. Dissatisfaction / No ADHD Found
-
If the assessment concludes that ADHD is not present, this reflects a professional clinical opinion.

No refund is provided, as the service (assessment and report) has been fully delivered.

Clients may seek a second opinion if desired.
4. Confidentiality & Consent

All personal and health information is stored securely in line with GDPR.

Bespoke Psychological Services is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies with UK data protection legislation.

Reports are confidential and will only be shared with third parties (e.g., GP, employer, DWP) if you provide explicit written consent, specifying who may receive the report and for what purpose.

Clients are responsible for providing written consent; verbal instructions are not accepted.
5. Data Protection

Personal and health information is collected, stored, and used solely for the purposes of the assessment and agreed report sharing.

Report Storage & Sharing Protocol

All ADHD assessment and workplace reports are stored securely on a password-protected and device-encrypted laptop.

Access is restricted to the clinician only, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
2. File-Level Security

Reports are saved in encrypted folders.

When shared externally, reports are password-protected PDFs, with passwords sent securely to the client or recipient.
3. Controlled Sharing

Reports are only shared with individuals or organisations for whom you have provided explicit written consent. See consent form here (hyperlink to form below)

Sharing requests cannot be processed verbally; written consent (email or signed form) is required.

4. Backup & Data Protection

Backups are encrypted and securely stored.

Reports will not be shared with third parties beyond those listed in the written consent.
5. Client Assurance

This protocol ensures that your personal and health information is kept confidential, secure, and only used for agreed purposes, reflecting the premium, professional standard of our services.
