Service Description
Are you struggling with focus, organisation, or restlessness? Wondering if ADHD could be part of the picture? A clear, professional assessment can give you the answers you need. I provide specialist adult ADHD assessments online, combining evidence-based tools with in-depth clinical interviewing. My training with UKAAN (UK Adult ADHD Network) means assessments are delivered to the highest standards of clinical practice, tailored specifically for adults. What’s included: Pre-assessment screening to gather key background information Structured diagnostic interview (DIVA-5, DSM-5) exploring ADHD symptoms across your life Consideration of other factors that may affect attention, mood, or functioning Clear diagnostic outcome (where criteria are met), fully explained and discussed Tailored recommendations, covering both: • Pharmacological pathways (options to discuss with your GP/psychiatrist) • Non-medical strategies, including lifestyle adjustments, coaching, and self-management tools A comprehensive written report suitable for sharing with your GP, employer, or university (can also be used as evidence for DWP disability benefit applications, e.g. PIP) Sessions last 2 hours, with breaks included to keep you comfortable and focused. Fee: £845.00 — inclusive of full assessment, diagnostic outcome, report, and recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Policy Full payment is required before your assessment is booked via our secure Wix payment system. Cancellation / Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in retention of the session fee. 2. Scope of Service Assessments are psychologist-led, using the DIVA-5 structured interview, and conducted by a UKAAN-trained clinician. Reports are evidence-based and tailored to your needs. The assessment does not provide treatment or medication advice. 3. Dissatisfaction / No ADHD Found If the assessment concludes that ADHD is not present, this reflects a professional clinical opinion. No refund is provided, as the service (assessment and report) has been fully delivered. Clients may seek a second opinion if desired. 4. Confidentiality & Consent All personal and health information is stored securely in line with GDPR. Bespoke Psychological Services is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies with UK data protection legislation. Reports are confidential and will only be shared with third parties (e.g., GP, employer, DWP) if you provide explicit written consent, specifying who may receive the report and for what purpose. Clients are responsible for providing written consent; verbal instructions are not accepted. 5. Data Protection Personal and health information is collected, stored, and used solely for the purposes of the assessment and agreed report sharing. ICO registration ensures annual compliance with UK data protection law.
